This Starbucks-inspired vanilla bean frappuccino is a creamy, caffeine-free treat made with real vanilla bean powder and ice cream for a rich, velvety texture.

Ingredients

1 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons vanilla bean powder

1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream

1 cup ice

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

1. Add the milk, vanilla bean powder, ice cream, and ice to a blender.

2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Pour the mixture into a tall chilled glass.

4. Top generously with whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

To make it Starbucks-style (no ice cream), blend 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp xanthan gum; use 1/4 cup of this syrup instead.

Add a shot of espresso for a caffeinated version.
