1/2 (10 ounce) can sweet corn, drained

1/2 white onion, finely chopped

1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

2 tablespoons salsa

1 lime, juiced

Hot sauce to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)

8 tostada shells

Instructions

1. Place drained tuna in a bowl and flake thoroughly with a fork.

2. Stir in the corn, chopped onion, cilantro, salsa, and fresh lime juice.

3. Season with hot sauce, salt, and pepper to your preference; stir to combine.

4. Place tostada shells on a flat surface.

5. Spoon the tuna mixture evenly onto the eight shells.
