2 cups ditalini pasta
2 cups fresh corn kernels
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

1 lime, juiced
1 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
1. Cook ditalini pasta al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
