This easy salmon pasta recipe combines flaky salmon with a creamy sauce and pasta for a quick, comforting meal ready in just 30 minutes.

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets (boneless, skinless)
  • 300 grams pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Pan-sear or bake salmon until cooked through. Flake into chunks.

4. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
