This 4-ingredient Ravioli Lasagna is the ultimate weeknight hack. By using fresh cheese ravioli instead of traditional noodles, you get all the comfort of a slow-cooked lasagna with a fraction of the effort.

Ingredients

Scale

Nonstick cooking spray

1 pound mild Italian sausage

1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce

1 (20-ounce) package fresh cheese ravioli (such as Buitoni or Rana)

1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit. Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until cooked through (about 8 minutes).

3. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and cook until warmed through (2 minutes longer). Remove from heat and cool for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Spread 1/2 cup of the sausage mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

5. Layer 1/3 of the ravioli in a single layer. Repeat layers of sauce and ravioli, ending with a final layer of sauce.

6. Sprinkle on the Italian cheese blend.

7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

8. Remove the foil and bake until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly (an additional 10 to 15 minutes).

Notes

If using frozen ravioli, let them thaw slightly on the counter while cooking the sausage and add 5 minutes to the uncovered baking time.

This dish can be assembled up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing to ensure clean layers.
