Ingredients

1.5 pounds ground beef

1 large egg

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup milk

1 cup dried bread crumbs

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, chopped onion, milk, and dried bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Transfer the meat mixture into a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan and level the top.
