8 oz short pasta (fusilli or penne)
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
2 lemons (juice and zest)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup sliced olives (optional)
1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes (optional)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or light mayo (for creamy version)
Salt and pepper to taste
