Kingsland steak and shrimp pasta is a creamy surf and turf dish combining tender beef, juicy shrimp, and rich sauce over pasta. Restaurant flavor made easy at home.
300g sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
200g large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
250g fettuccine or linguine
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream or light cream
½ cup grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp paprika
Fresh parsley (optional)
1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat skillet, sear steak until browned but juicy. Remove and set aside.
3. In same skillet, cook shrimp until just pink. Remove.
4. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
5. In skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
6. Pour in heavy cream, add parmesan, stir until thickened.
7. Return steak and shrimp, add pasta, toss everything together.
8. Adjust sauce with pasta water if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Use fresh halal steak and shrimp for best taste.
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
For lighter sauce, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
Serve with salad or warm bread for a full meal.
