12 oz Polska kielbasa (sliced)
8 oz penne or bowtie pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the kielbasa.
