3 pounds meaty beef spareribs
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon granulated white sugar

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine

0.25 teaspoon red food coloring
2 tablespoons honey
