This creamy buffalo chicken pasta salad blends spicy buffalo sauce, tender chicken, and tangy dressing for a refreshing twist on a comfort favorite.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

8 oz rotini or penne pasta

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. Whisk together buffalo sauce, dressing, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

3. Add cooked chicken, pasta, celery, onion, and cheese to the dressing. Toss gently.

4. Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors, then garnish with parsley before serving.
