This is the best blt wraps recipe you will ever make! It features perfectly crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and a savory seasoned spread, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale

4 large Flour Tortillas

8 slices thick-cut Bacon

4 large leaves Romaine Lettuce

2 medium Ripe Tomatoes

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Bacon: Cook the bacon until it is very crispy. Drain thoroughly on paper towels, cool slightly, and crumble into small pieces.

2. Prepare the Vegetables and Spread: Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Slice the tomatoes, discarding any excessive liquid. Whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Season the spread with salt and pepper.

3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the seasoned mayonnaise mixture evenly over the center third of the tortilla.

4. Layer the Ingredients: Layer the ingredients neatly down the center, starting with the lettuce, tomato slices, and then the crumbled bacon.

5. Roll and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward. Tightly roll the bottom edge up and over the filling. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Always seed the tomatoes slightly to remove excess liquid and prevent a soggy wrap.

For best bacon results, use the oven method at 400°F.

Wraps are best eaten immediately, but leftovers can be stored for up to 12 hours.
