This Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip is a legendary party starter. It transforms rotisserie chicken, spicy hot sauce, and three types of cheese into a molten, tangy masterpiece perfect for game day.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups diced cooked rotisserie chicken

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)

2 pinches cayenne pepper, divided

2 tablespoons shredded pepper Jack cheese

1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

2. In a large bowl, stir chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, 1/2 cup pepper Jack, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese, seafood seasoning, and a pinch of cayenne until well combined.

3. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch round baking dish and smooth into an even layer.

4. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of pepper Jack cheese over the top.

5. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is lightly browned and bubbling, about 15 to 20 minutes.

6. Remove from oven, add the final pinch of cayenne pepper, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with celery sticks, crackers, or tortilla chips.

For a milder dip, reduce the hot sauce to 1/2 cup.

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid a lumpy texture.
