1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg white

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup pecan halves

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil.

2. Pour melted butter into the lined basket.

3. Whisk sugar, egg white, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add pecans and toss until fully coated.

4. Spread pecans in the lined basket. Air fry for 5 minutes.

5. Shake basket and air fry for another 5 minutes.

6. Shake basket again and air fry 2 to 4 minutes more until caramelized.
