2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon grated fresh garlic

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Cooking spray

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to three hundred ninety Fahrenheit.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

3. Pat salmon dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
