1¾ cups self-rising flour

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough forms.

2. Lightly knead until smooth and divide into four portions.

3. Shape each portion into a log and join the ends to form bagels.

4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and line the basket with parchment paper.

5. Brush each bagel with melted butter and add your favorite toppings.

6. Air fry for 8–11 minutes, until golden brown.

7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For softer bagels, cook for 8 minutes. For a chewier crust, air fry up to 11 minutes.

Make them gluten-free using a 1:1 gluten-free self-rising flour blend.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 3 months.

Reheat in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes for a fresh-baked texture.
